Help logging in
I see no "help logging in" section for those who need to reset password. This is nowhere to be found in either the login page, or within the app once you are already logged in. I love the app on trail, but it is a deterrent to paying for content. If I forget my password & get locked out, I'll be awfully mad to be paying for something I cannot use!
I can't log into my account and I have no way to contact you as my email app doesn't work on the laptop, so I am in this exact position paying for an app I can't use. I am very frustrated and upset and ready to cancel my entire account, if I don't get some answers soon. You guys have one way to contact you through an email app which is great if it works but what if it doesn't then you are stuck with a system that you can't operate. It is very inconvenient as a consumer and I have changed my password 5 times trying to fix the problem, I use chrome so I don't know what the problem is, I keep getting and error that my password or email are incorrect.
